We were all bar and restaurant managers ourselves once. We know the hospitality industry and we know how it feels to want a career change. As our restaurant, hotel and bar management recruitment business grows from strength to strength, we need to look for extra people to share our workload; people who want to be different; people who want to achieve; people who are passionate about helping others find their dream jobs. We do have pretty strict processes at The People Tree and like to put our candidates to the test – that way we can be sure they are the real deal and up for the challenges ahead.
We’re a ‘hands on’ bunch – even our chiefs still do interviews and work with clients on roles. We have a different culture here to most of our competition, we don’t have KPI’s (the dreaded recruitment word!) and we don’t encourage a competitive environment – we reward success based on the quality of a consultants service, rather than the volume of CV’s marketed.
