All candidates are interviewed at Open Days – weekly/daily. We always meet every one of our candidates before we even consider putting them in front of our Client.
We take the waffle and bits out of the CVs that our clients really don’t need to read – we know our client’s time is valuable and whilst Peter may be proud of the fact that he keeps a pet iguana in his spare time, we recognise that our client may not need to know this! Everything we do is geared to making the recruitment process as quick, slick and efficient for our client.
We take the pain out of arranging interviews. We call our Client and you tell us the time, date and place. We do the rest and confirm all interviews with candidates, including maps and directions so that our candidates don’t get lost en route! And just to make sure you don’t forget, we send you a summary confirmation as well.
Something that is often overlooked until it is too late. Requests and checks are taken up at the point an offer is made by the client and the candidate accepts. We leave no stone unturned!
