We want you to be happy! One of the main things that sets The People Tree aside in the marketplace is the fact that we actually really do care whether the job you want is the right job for you or not. We don’t do square pegs in round holes.
Firstly, we always meet you- the candidate. In fact we not only meet you, we also put you through your paces to test your drive, commitment and passion to make sure you are who you say you are and do what you say you can do. We do not propose any candidate to our client unless you have been through a rigorous “work out” with us first. To ensure that we deliver this level of service, we dedicate our time to recruitment Open Days where we only invite what we consider to be the top 10% of all the applicants within the industry who register their CV with us.
Once placed in a position you are happy with, we take personal responsibility for monitoring your early progress. If you have problems, you can talk to us. If everything is going fine then you can let us know too, but we don’t place you and then say ‘see you later’- it’s a two way relationship and we take our role very seriously.

All candidates are interview at Open Days – weekly/daily. We always meet every one of our candidates before we even consider putting them in front of our Client. |
We take the waffle and bits out of the CVS that our clients really don’t need to read – We know our client’s time is valuable and whilst Peter may be proud of the fact that he keeps a pet iguana in his spare time, we recognise that our client may not need to know this! Everything we do is geared to making the recruitment process as quick, slick and efficient for our client. |
We take the pain out of arranging interviews. We call our Client and you tell us the time, date and place. We do the rest and confirm all interviews candidates including maps and directions so our candidates don’t get lost en route! And just to make sure you don’t forget, we send you a summary confirmation as well. |
Something that is often overlooked until it is too late. Requests and checks are taken up at the point an offer is made by the client and the candidate accepts. We leave no stone unturned! |
You can be assured of accurate paperwork delivered promptly once offer/acceptance has been made. We will confirm all starter details promptly. |
