Once upon a time we were all General Managers & Area Managers, that's right, we've sat where you sit today and we know how mind-numbing it is sifting through mountains of Cvs when time is money.

We understand the Industry. We know a good candidate when we see one, so we'll only send you CVs that are a first-rate match and after we've put them through their paces (some old habits die hard!).

We're no nonsense. We understand that we can't be everything to everyone and we don't want to be, so we only concentrate on Management & Chef roles for the Restaurant & Bar Industry. It's where we've come from and it's what we know and do best.
