We’re pretty upfront in our style – which means that we can’t help everyone, all of the time. We’re all ex bar and restaurant managers and assistant managers ourselves – with many of the team having worked to area management level within the UK restaurants and bars sector. We like to concentrate on finding what we describe as ‘winners’ for our mainly blue chip and national clients – which means you can check out any perspective client, their sites, their reputation and of course their ‘culture,’ to see if it is the perfect move or not..
